It is a tradition, in our family, that we always open the Christmas Stockings, by the Fireplace first.  Larry had some finger foods spread out on the Kitchen Table, all decorated up for Christmas.  Larry passed out the Stockings, one by one, allowing each person time to pull out the surprises inside. After everyone enjoyed checking out their Christmas Stockings, and the warmth of the Fire in the Fireplace, they retired to the Living Room, where the Christmas Tree and Presents awaited their unwrapping.
